For Broadacres, we created a careers website and ATS experience built around a simple but powerful idea: it takes a lot of hearts to make a home. That thought became the creative foundation for the project, shaping a distinctive employer brand that felt warm, human and completely true to the organisation’s purpose. The live site uses this message prominently and brings it to life through a unique illustrative style, colleague stories and a candidate journey designed to feel welcoming from the very first click.
The platform was designed to reflect the breadth and depth of Broadacres’ work across North Yorkshire and beyond — from housing and repairs to support services and community impact — while making it easier for candidates to understand the culture, explore opportunities and imagine themselves in the organisation. Alongside the website, the ATS added the structure and functionality needed to support a smoother recruitment process behind the scenes.
