For The Rebuilding Futures Alliance, we delivered a complete launch platform designed to turn a powerful idea into a credible, visible and action-focused movement. As a not-for-profit, business-led and data-driven Community Interest Company, RFA exists to help employers connect with and employ individuals from marginalised backgrounds into full-time, sustainable careers. That meant the brand needed to do more than look strong — it had to communicate purpose, trust and momentum from day one.

We created the brand identity, website, ATS, print media and full launch strategy to give RFA a joined-up presence across every touchpoint. The website was built to articulate the mission clearly, showcase partners and ambassadors, and make the organisation’s social impact both compelling and accessible. Alongside this, the ATS brought structure and intelligence to the recruitment side of the model, helping support a more practical route between opportunity and employment. Print and launch materials extended the story into the wider market, ensuring the Alliance arrived with clarity, authority and a sense of genuine ambition.

The result is a brand and digital ecosystem that feels purposeful, credible and built for impact — one that helps RFA champion inclusive employment, support employers, and drive meaningful social change through careers. In a space where trust, clarity and mission matter enormously, this was about creating far more than a launch. It was about building the foundations for a movement.
