For Signet, we created a fully connected recruitment experience spanning employer branding, careers website, ATS, onboarding and photography. The challenge was to build something that reflected the scale and prestige of the world’s leading retail jeweller, while still feeling warm, human and true to the meaningful moments at the heart of the brand. The live careers site brings that to life beautifully — rooted in Signet’s purpose to inspire love, rich with colleague stories, brand personality and a clear sense of opportunity across H. Samuel, Ernest Jones, store careers, support functions and specialist roles.
Alongside the creative and photography, the website was designed to make the candidate journey feel seamless and engaging, while the ATS and onboarding elements helped create a more joined-up experience behind the scenes. From first impression to first day, every touchpoint was built to feel consistent, polished and people-first. The result is a careers experience that does more than showcase jobs — it reflects the emotion, expertise and customer focus that define the Signet brand, while giving candidates a clearer, more inspiring route into the business.
