The Genius Skills-Based Recruitment Roadshow has officially begun.

And we kicked it off in style — right here at Genius HQ.

We were delighted to welcome Magdalena Allam, Recruitment Manager, and Claire Eckersley, Strategic Workforce Partnerships Manager, from Alliance Medical UK for a proper deep dive into skills-based recruitment.
